Bill is the Executive Director at Seeds of Hope Ministries. He oversees all branches of the ministry. Bill is a certified instructor in in-prison ministry, the mentoring of ex-offenders and a certified facilitator of fatherhood groups through the National Fatherhood Initiative. Bill currently facilitates weekly Celebrate Recovery Inside groups in local state prisons as well as Inside Out Dad fatherhood groups in state & federal prisons and halfway houses. Bill is a graduate of Long Island University and Temple University School of Law.  Bill and his wife Brenda live in Camden in the same building that houses our ministry headquarters and attend Sovereign Grace Church in Marlton, NJ. Brenda Antinore
Brenda is the Director of SHAN (She Has A Name), the aspect of the ministry that ministers to the ladies that walk the streets of Broadway after finding themselves caught in drug addiction and prostitution.  Brenda’s passion and love for the Lord is evident as she ministers to these ladies as well as when she speaks at local churches or organizations regarding the ministry.  God is using Brenda and her team in a mighty way to reach these precious lives with His love and care.  Brenda graduated from Messiah College, lives with her husband, Bill, in Camden, and attends Sovereign Grace Church. Elizer (Elliot) Agron – Member of the Board
Elizer is founder and Senior Pastor of Lion of Judah Church, in Somerdale, NJ. He is a retired Police Sergeant with 27 years of service in the Camden County Police Department. Currently he serves as Liaison to the Mayor of the City of Camden. Elizer and his family reside in Washington Twp., NJ.

ron_beebeRon Beebe – Member of the Board
Ron worked 32 years full time in the Information Systems Division of CIGNA Insurance Company and reached the level of Director of Information Systems. After early retirement in 1999, he worked 10 years part-time at Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford, NJ as the Missions Coordinator promoting missions, supporting missionaries and planning short-term mission trips domestically and internationally. He has facilitated the Alpha course at FAC for the last nine years and at the Federal Prison at Fort Dix NJ for the last seven years. Ron is a North East Prison Alpha Advisor encouraging churches to run Alpha in prisons. Ron has also been a Good $ense financial counselor helping church members to get out of debt and to live on a budget. Ron and his wife Jane live in Mt. Laurel and attend Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford.

img_1912Rebecca Bieber – Assistant to Directors, Bookkeeper, Donor Management, Fundraising
Rebecca is the personal assistant to both Bill and Brenda Antinore. She has also volunteered in various areas of the ministry since 2012 including, SHAN, Code Blue and Saturday Community Breakfasts. Rebecca received her degree from Bryn Mawr College and is the owner of Freedom Administrative Services, LLC. She lives with her husband and children in Merchantville, NJ and attends Fellowship Community Church in Collingswood where she serves as the Children’s Director. Contact Rebecca

Kevin Crowley – Member of the Board
Kevin committed his life to Jesus Christ at twelve years old. He deeply respects Bill and Brenda’s love and care towards those in Camden that they serve and he feels privileged to help support Seeds of Hope. He has been married to Stephanie since 1994 and they have three daughters. Kevin has extensive experience in building/property renovations, repairs and maintenance and previously owned and operated a small construction/renovation business. He is currently the Senior Site Supervisor at Habitat for Humanity-Philadelphia. He also serves on the leadership team at Bethel Baptist Church in Cherry Hill, NJ. Kevin and his family live in Westmont, NJ.

Rochelle Fernands – Member of the Board
Rochelle Fernands is a stay at home mom with a background in Project Management and Christian Counseling. She and her husband lived and worked in the inner city of Chicago before moving to Philadelphia and later, New Jersey. She received her MS in Christian Counseling from Cairn University. She loves the people of the inner city and has been privileged to work with She Has a Name for the past few years. Rochelle, her husband, and three children live in Haddonfield and attend Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford.

Arnold is the Director of Ministry Relations for Seeds of Hope Ministries. After more than thirty years as a sales and marketing executive, he left the corporate world to join Ministry Ventures as Vice President of Strategic Development. Arnold and his family currently reside in South Carolina and he has lived in Boston, Southern California, Syracuse and South Jersey.

Dan Stephens – Director of My Father’s Hands and Volunteer Coordinator
Dan began serving with us as Youth Pastor at Haddonfield UMC. Today he worships at Bethesda UMC in Swedesboro. He has been serving actively for the past many years with the Sunday Morning Street Ministry and Sunday Night Soup Ministry. He has been active in the Thanksgiving Food Box/Turkey Ministry as well as Angel Tree. Dan has a degree in Psychology from Rutgers/Camden. He strives to live by Micah 6:8. Dan also works for Spirit Auto Center in Swedesboro and spends many weekends promoting the dealership at the local dirt track – Bridgeport Speedway. He prefers to refer to our volunteers as “Servants”. Contact Dan

keith_robinsonKeith Robinson – Member of the Board
Keith is the Treasurer for the Board of Seeds of Hope Ministries. He has worked for over 29 years as a Mechanical Engineer for RCA, General Electric, Lockheed-Martin and Aydin Telemetry and is currently the Manager of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Aided Design at RF Products, Inc. in Camden, NJ. He has been involved with Seeds of Hope Ministries since 2004 and serves as a volunteer in various areas. He has also served at Sovereign Grace Church as the Junior and Senior High Youth Leader for 10 years and as a leader of a Community Group. Keith and his family live in Collingswood and attend Sovereign Grace Church in Marlton, NJ.
