STAFF & BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Bill serves as the Executive Director of Seeds of Hope Ministries. Bill resides with his wife Brenda in the ministry home in Camden, NJ. Bill & Brenda have 6 children and 15 grandchildren. They attend Sovereign Grace Church (SGC) in Marlton, NJ.

Beth serves on the Seeds of Hope Ministries board of trustees. She is the VP for Advancement at the CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach). She and her husband Jonathan live in Mount Laurel with their two children and two giant dogs. They attend First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown

Rochelle has worked with Seeds of Hope Ministries for many years and serves on the board of trustees. Rochelle and her husband live in Haddonfield, NJ and have 3 children. They attend Kingsway Church in Cherry Hill.

Stephen serves as Treasurer on the board of trustees of Seeds of Hope Ministries. Stephen and his wife Rochelle live in Haddonfield, NJ and have 3 children. They attend Kingsway Church in Cherry Hill.

John worked with the Air Force and later as an inventory supervisor. He is now Chaplain at Seeds of Hope Ministries, is active in the My Father’s Hands ministry, mentors in South Jersey Aftercare ministries, and disciples through Bible studies in prison ministry. He currently resides with his wife Angel in Mount Laurel and attends Sovereign Grace Church in Marlton.  

Craig Randolph is an Associate Pastor at High Street Worship Center in Burlington NJ. He serves as a My Father's Hands breakfast leader and a Bible Study teacher at the Ft. Dix Correctional Facility. He and his wife Endrieka live in Willingboro NJ. They have two adult children by birth and two by marriage.  

Dr. Tarron Herring is a minister at RockLife Church in Swedesboro NJ where he leads the prison ministry beyond the walls. He is the author of "You Are Powerful", a devotional for Christian men to help restore their marriages. He is also a motivational speaker and entrepreneur.
